Face to Face by manaphoto Face to Face by manaphoto
The beautiful Malia comes face to face with a beautiful Hawaiian Honu (sea turtle).

Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles are protected by the Endangered Species Act. Fines of up to $30,000 can be imposed on anyone mistreating the turtles in anyway. So please, if you visit Hawaii and come across any honu's resting on the beach or swimming along the shore, do not attempt to touch or disturb them in anyway. Thank you very much.

Aloha, Mana

I love sea turtles... I also love that the model got this close... Did the turtle just perch there?

The turtles love to rest and bask in the sun.

if you seen the movie "sharkwater" there's an aweful candid camera of criminals fishing turtles out of the ocean and.... just horrible things...
it's an important movie to see if you get the chance
